IS MEDITATION JUST BREATHING?

IS MEDITATION JUST BREATHING? When we learn about mindfulness meditation, we keep hearing the instructions of just focusing on our breath. This is how we are told that we can calm our thoughts, experience relaxation, reduce our stress and stop our mind from racing. And in some ways, focusing on the breath is the core of mindfulness meditation, it is the door that opens the rest of our inner world. Once we open that door, we can learn much more about ourselves and understand ourselves and the world around us much better.
