The villagers display local produce, food, drink and more, and this time you will attend with your own home made jams. The atmosphere will be friendly and peaceful as you spend the day amongst friends before returning to your home.

This guided meditation for sleep is for most audiences, especially anyone with insomnia or who has trouble sleeping.
