This guided meditation for sleep is for most audiences, especially anyone with insomnia or who has trouble sleeping. A guided sleep meditation or guided sleep story, is a gentle and effortless way to help get you into a wonderful state of deep relaxation, provide stress relief and ultimately deep sleep.
