When You Purchase Services

When you purchase any service or class from Evolvdaily.com and myself, Ashley Cain, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • No Medical Advice: We are not medical professionals, and our services do not provide a substitute for medical care for humans, children, or animals. We cannot diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness.
  • Responsibility for Decisions: We are not responsible for decisions made by you during or after any spiritual service or class concerning your health, life, or the health or life of your children or pets.
  • Confidentiality: Communication between us via text, email, and social media platforms is confidential. Your name, contact details, and any shared information will not be disclosed without your consent. The information shared during our sessions should not be repeated or replicated as your own.
  • Results: Results for you, your children, and/or your pets cannot be guaranteed.
  • Cancellations & Attendance: If you cancel on the same day as the session, you will be considered a no-show. Arriving 15 minutes or more late will automatically deduct the missed time from your session with no refund, or result in losing the entire payment. Payment must be made upon scheduling; otherwise, the session cannot take place. If payment is not received within 1 hour of scheduling, the session and invoice will be canceled.
  • Per-Person Sessions: Sessions are per person unless stated otherwise. If additional individuals attend, extra charges per person will apply.
  • Refunds: No refunds are offered for services or classes purchased unless expressly stated otherwise by Ashley Cain. This applies to previously purchased sessions/classes and any that may arise through a service agreement.
  • Package Expiration: All packages expire according to their respective expiration dates.
  • Staff Questions: Clients are not allowed to ask administrative staff questions that require intuitive responses or receive coaching from them. Intuitive responses and coaching should come directly from Ashley Cain.
  • Behavior and Conduct: Any discourteous or unprofessional conduct toward Ashley Cain or any member of the staff will result in prohibition from accessing services.
  • Overtime Costs: Going overtime for the session will incur additional charges, including but not limited to texts, social media messages, and emails. Costs associated with non-session time communication must be settled within one hour, or further consequences may occur.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our business, technology, or the law. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Please review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Service after changes have been made signifies your acceptance of the modified terms.
